This is a multi-stakeholder partnership, involving the following parties:
 

• Darnitsa manufactures a breadth of much needed medications on its plants in Ukraine; has a vast distribution channel in Ukraine.

• Foreign Donors - subsidize production of medications so that they are delivered to hospitals at no cost.

• Ministry of Health of Ukraine who designate hospitals to become receivers of aid; designates priority categories of medications.

• UA Brokers Without Borders managing the project end-to-end.
