The team of the UA Brokers Without Borders holds both moral and professional responsibility for fostering a safe, respectful, and dignified environment for all individuals involved in our programs — without exception.
If you have witnessed inappropriate behavior — such as abuse, sexual exploitation, violence, or misuse of power during the delivery of assistance by individuals working with or associated with our organization — or if you have concerns about staff conduct, working conditions, or any situation that could threaten someone’s safety or dignity, we encourage you to speak up.
