Meet The Team

Svitlana is formerly a technology entrepreneur, consultant, and sales leader. She is now putting her business skills and international experience into humanitarian aid orchestration for Ukraine as a founder of UA Brokers Without Borders. In her own words, she is Ukrainian by origin, a mother of two wonderful boys, an amateur mountain biker, and a very determined human being.

Olga is a postdoc in the Department of Computer Science at Aalto University (Helsinki, Finland). Prior to academia, she spent several years working in the corporate sector, incl. McKinsey, start-ups and fundraising. She was a member of the Standing Committee of the European Women in Mathematics in 2018-2022.

Yuliia has a varied background as a project coordinator and individual consultant. Her expertise includes public-private partnerships and international infrastructural and decentralization projects for Ukraine. Yuliia is a certified Public-Private Partnership APMG trainer. In UA Brokers Without Borders, Yuliia is responsible for projects aimed at winterization and public infrastructure reconstruction.

Ekaterina has a strong background in international PR, B2B and B2C marketing which she acquired while working for leading Ukrainian companies with overseas operations. Being a war refugee herself, she is driven to take an active part in providing support to Ukrainian people affected by the war. Working as a project manager, she is using her skills and energy to look for corporate charity programs and private donors all over the world.

Svitlana has years of international experience in the corporate and non-profit sectors. She is passionate about connecting people and building meaningful partnerships among organizations to help strengthen and revive Ukraine in every possible way. Her diverse expertise and keen interest in the Ukrainian Health sector help drive UA BWB`s project response.

Olena has a strong background in financial management and banking which she acquired while working for big comercial banks and one of top electrical engineering trade company, and startup financial companies. She was a war refugee herself and took decision to return to Ukraine and she is driven to take an active part in providing support to Ukrainian people affected by the war. Working as a financial manager, she is using her skills and energy to utilize effectively resources the organization captures for humanitarian work in Ukraine.

Olena has a strong background in procurement management which she acquired while working for Ukrainian companies with foreign investments and more than 10 years in this field. Working as a procurement lead, she is using her skills and energy to purchase goods and services at the best possible prices for Ukraine.

Oksana has more than 20 years of legal experience both in business entities and the state, management and coordination of legal teams up to 30 persons; full legal support of companies, including corporate, real estate, HR, contractual matters, representation during litigations, legislative initiatives and lobbying activity, GR and Compliance issues.
