The UA Brokers Without Borders team participated in a 3-day workshop titled "Building Organizational Capacity of Americares Partners in Ukraine," held from April 10-12 in Kyiv! š
This event, organized by NGO Girls with the support of Americares, brought together numerous experts to deeply discuss topics such as strategic planning, budgeting, finance, legal aspects of NGO operations, and team management. Participants had the opportunity to learn, share their experiences, and exchange ideas.
